You CAN do this! You just need a little guidance. Most people do. Just like you might enlist a trainer to help with fitness goals, organization projects can be eased with the help of a professional. I’ll get you caught up and teach you to keep it up with strategies and systems that stick. All you have to do is take the first step - fill out an organization inquiry form to get started.

Sessions are typically 4-8 hours long, billed at $100/hour. The number of sessions needed depends on the size of the project, how quickly you make decisions, and how much homework you are able to do between sessions.

NOT AT ALL, and nothing will shock me. Your things and your feelings are safe with me. And once we’re done, you’ll be able to confidently host friends and family without fear of judgment.

The decision to discard is always up to you. Minimalism is helpful for some people, but it’s not right for everyone. Some people love collections, profusion, and choices. But even if you want to end up with abundance, you still want to get rid of anything that’s getting in your way - no one wants outmoded tech gadgets, mystery cords, or broken things. It’s not simply a matter of having less or having more; it’s about wanting what you have. Together we’ll identify the balance that’s comfortable for you.

If you’re on the fence about something, we’ll set it aside and come back to it later. Tidying tends to happen in layers, with each layer loosening your hold on the next. You’ll start to realize that it isn’t painful, and there are very few things that can’t be recovered or replaced.

You already have everything you need- and more. Before organizing anything, we will take stock of your possessions and de-clutter. If you don’t actually need something, there’s no need to organize it. For our sessions, you only need to purchase contractor bags for items you are donating or discarding.

The best way to keep items out of a landfill is to not acquire them at all. Once you own something, that item exists, whether it’s buried in the back of your closet or buried in a landfill. Store items at the store. When and if you need it, you can buy it.
Remember: many items can be donated. It feels good to get our unneeded possessions into the hands of someone who will make good use of them.
